My stay at Las Alcobas was largely fantastic, thanks to its very nice location and attentive service. I loved the great amenities and room comfort, even though I faced some issues with noise and Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a nice experience that just fell short of perfection.

The room was beautifully furnished with a large, comfortable bed and high-end bathroom accessories. I liked how I could control everything from climate to lighting via a bedside touch screen. However, the blinds weren't fully blackout, which let in some light in the morning.

The service was excellent, especially from the concierge team, who were super helpful and attentive. I was especially impressed by Bruno, who went out of his way to assist me with my requests. Check-in was smooth and communication was great.
